physical activity a part of the day is fun and healthy. Encouraging
students to build physical activity into their daily routine helps to
create a pattern that may stay with them for the rest of their lives.
The Health Promoting Schools program encourages schools to offer a
variety of physical activity options so that all students can get
active.
